History of Christmas

Christmas is celebrated on the 25th of December world wide both by Christians and non-Christians. The Christians Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. The 25th is the beginning of Christmastide, commonly known as the 12 days of Christmas. The holiday is commonly celebrated with the Christmas tree, lights, mistletoe, nativity scenes, and holly.
