Orders received after 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time may be processed the next business day.

Orders can take up to 48 hours to process. Orders which include hairgoods and dancewears may require additional time. Orders received after 1 PM (Monday - Friday) will be processed the next business day. Please take this into account when requesting expedited delivery. For example, an order received on Thursday before 1 PM will be shipped out on Monday.
