Summary: Carmen is a tragic story of obsession and fate. It follows the downfall of Don José, a naive and repressed soldier, who deserts the military after falling in love with Carmen, a fiery and free-spirited Roma woman. When Carmen leaves him for a dashing bullfighter, José’s jealousy drives him to a fatal confrontation outside the arena.
