Summary:  Polly Pepper is a young flapper about to turn 18 and inherit a rare diamond necklace called the "Ice Garden". Polly plans a wild birthday bash, but local mobsters plan to steal her precious diamond necklace. With help from her friends, her boyfriend Buck Wayne, and colorful local figures, Polly stops the gangsters in a funny way.
