Setting: Weismann Theatre on Broadway in New York City

Summary: At a grand reunion for the "Weismann Girls", two former showgirls, Sally and Phyllis, and their respective husbands, Buddy and Ben drink and mingle as they are shadowed by the ghosts of their youth.  Old tensions erupt into a surreal, dreamlike theatrical sequence where the characters act out their inner emotional breakdowns, but when morning arrives, the fantasy fades, and the two disillusioned couples must face the reality of their fractured lives and futures.
