Setting:

• Setting Act I: A wealthy family home in Germany during a festive Christmas Eve party, which later transforms into a magical fantasy battleground.
• Setting Act II: The magical Land of Sweets (or Kingdom of the Confections). 

Summary: The Nutcracker follows young Clara who receives a nutcracker doll at a Christmas party that comes alive at night. She defeats the Mouse King and takes her magical journey to the Land of Sweets.
