Whether you’re partying like it’s 1959 (or ’69 or ’79 or ‘89) or doing a school project or putting on an era specific musical we can provide you with the details to complete the look. The Costumer has been costuming for over 100 years, giving us experience with all midcentury fashion. 

We can provide accessories for birthdays, themed events, and Halloween.  If your school or community theatre is reminding us the grease is the word, or letting down their hair, or reminding us that it’s all about stayin’ alive we are here to work with you to recreate the past.

The Costumer can help you with anything from a general feel for a time period to a specific person.

Going to a classic car show?  Make it more fun with cat-eye glasses and a scarf.    

Where have all the flower children gone?   Peace sign necklaces will bring out your inner hippie.

Polyester lives; don’t go to the disco without it! 

If you threw away your rubber bracelets years ago we can replace them.
