Have you heard of one of the Hulk's great foes called the Abomination? Emil Blonsky, who is a Soviet spy, volunteered for a similar experiment that transformed Bruce Banner into the Hulk. This however turned him into a beast, a creature of reptilian nature. Blonsky became the monstrous Abomination and is even more powerful than the Hulk, some would say.
