Nunsense
Nunsense: Dan Goggin's 1985 musical comedy, one of the longest running Broadway hits to date, follows the madcap adventures of five of the nineteen remaining Little Sisters of Hoboken, a one-time missionary order. Mother Superior Mary Regina, Sister Mary Hubert, Sister Robert Anne, Sister Mary Leo and Sister Mary Amnesia discover that their cook, Sister Julia, has accidentally killed the remaining fifty-two residents of the convent with a tainted soup. They decide to raise money for the burials by starting a greeting card company. Spurred by the financial success of this scheme, Mother Superior Mary Regina purchases a VCR and camcorder for the convent, leaving the organization broke with four burials to go. So, to raise the last of the funds, the sisters stage a variety show in the Mount Saint Helen's Auditorium.
